Poster Numbers

Poster numbers were assigned in August and sent via email to authors of accepted submissions. The numbers will direct the placement of posters at the meeting and poster boards will be numbered on-site at the meeting. The posters must remain in assigned order to ensure that all presented posters match the information provided in the meeting program.

Note that space will only be reserved for accepted posters.

Poster Dimensions

Poster dimensions should be formatted to fit within the poster board space of 4 feet (121.9 cm/48 inches) in width and 4 feet (121.9 cm/48 inches) in height. Formatting the poster to fit these dimensions will ensure that adequate space will be provided for all attendees' posters.

The posters may be secured to the boards by push-pins. Please bring push-pins to fasten your poster to the board as a limited supply will be available at the meeting.
